My first born

As I was admiring my blog thus far, I realized that I've talked about my unborn and my second born, but not my first born! Lexi is 8 1/2 and just a great kid all around. She is smart and athletic! Her "sport of choice" is softball and she has really excelled at it! She is playing all year round with hitting lessons every Friday night. Basically, she is a stud.

Nathan's 5th birthday bash!

So Nathan will be turning five in just 11 short days and we will be celebrating his 5th birthday at the same place where we celebrated Lexi's 5th birthday....DISNEYWORLD! We had a Spiderman birthday party for him today and he had a blast! I can't believe that my baby is almost FIVE! As you can see from the pictures below, he had a great day!

Izzy's corner of the world

Due to the current economy, crappy housing market and lack of funds in general....oh and the fact that we LOVE our neighbors too much to leave them, we will be "bunking" Lexi and Izzy together instead of buying a four bedroom house. Because Lexi had a smaller room than Nathan, they two have changed rooms. Nathan now has his own bedroom with a pirate theme and Lexi will be sharing her monkey bedroom with her baby sis. Here are a couple of pictures of Izzy's corner of the world..

Baby Isabelle

As I mentioned in the "About me" section, I am pregnant with my third child. She is due 2/13/09 and we are expecting another girl. Her name will be Isabelle Carr. Lexi and Nathan are quite excited about the added family member...and Jeremy and I are as well (of course!). My dear friend, Patty, threw me a wonderful baby shower this weekend and I will be forever thankful to her for that. She put so much time and effort into it (see diaper cake for example!) My best friends and closest family showed up for the event...

Here I go.....

So my neighbor and close friend, Angela, has inspired me to start this blogging stuff. I'm sure I will just grab your attention with my interesting life and you will check back to read my blog everyday! Right? I debated on if I should start in the past and "catch up" to the present...but decided against it. I will just start with the present...cause there's no time like it!
